Where do we ship?

At this moment, we sell and ship only inside the EU. Sorry, rest of the world, your Legislation just makes us so very eepy.

How long until you have your new favourite shirt?

Delivery takes 1-3 weeks, in most cases 1,5 weeks. Our products ship during workdays. Each item is produced after you’ve ordered, so that they are made just for you. We hope this makes you feel seen and our small business lean.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are defined by the selected delivery method, possible extra services, shipment weight, and size. The shipping costs can be seen during checkout before confirming the order. Snail mail or express delivery, you decide! (Ps. We don’t really use snails, they have a horrible work ethic.)

What are your shipping options?

We offer 3 shipping options.
Flat Rate (5–20 business days shipping time)
Flat Rate + CO2 offsetting (5–20 business days shipping time)
Express (1–3 business days shipping time)

Instant delivery will be offered once replicators are a reality. Or wormholes. Or self-assembling nanobot swarms that respond to our every wish. Or post “The Great Hacking” of the universal hologram. Anyway, you’ll have a nice shirt eventually, and then you’ll feel nice in your nice shirt. Nice.

What should you do if your order hasn’t arrived on its estimated delivery date?

Step 1. Take a deep breath, we can feel the tension way over here.
Step 2. Just send us an email to our customer service, and we’ll activate our detective mode to get to the bottom of this.

What should you do if your order is going to the wrong address?

Contact us immediately through our customer service email once you have spotted the error, and we’ll do everything in our power to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible. This is a time-sensitive issue, so depending on whether you cursed the gods for your hastiness right after confirming the order, or the bottom of your stomach dropped right before the package is supposed to arrive, the outcome might be very different. If you are quick enough, the mistake might be corrected without affecting the arrival of the order in the slightest. If not, your packet wanders around “Finding Itself” for a couple of extra weeks, gathering up some additional postage costs along the way. You will then have to pay these to entice it to come home to you.

Can you track your order?

Yes! You will be sent a tracking link via email once you have placed your order. Then you can hit refresh on your browser as many times as you like. And just like the elevator button, smashing it won’t make it go faster, but at least it’s something to do, instead of just waiting there, doing nothing, burning with anticipation.

What will happen if nobody is in when your order is delivered?

Depending on the carrier your order is arriving with, and the method and the place of delivery chosen during the order, it will be either left in a secure location, or you can pick it up from a delivery hub later. Check your carrier for more information on this, as their ways can be mysterious even to us. We suspect they might have teleports or highly trained geese.

Can you get your order delivered to a P.O. box or an APO address?

Unfortunately no. It might be possible for some items, but depending on the content of your order and the courier chosen for the shipment, this is liable to change, and thus we can’t guarantee a successful outcome. + If you are a spy or a soldier, you probably shouldn’t wear our stuff, as they are designed to attract the eye.

Do we accept returns?

As our customer, you have the right to change or return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order, but we cannot offer it completely for free. You will have to pay for the postage of the return, as we are a teeny tiny business without a warehouse, and so we’ll have to find a new home for it, probably for no money in a friend’s closet. They like it, our wallets not so much.

You can change or return all or part of the products in the order. The changed and returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for instructions. Once more for clarification, in case of return, we refund the price of the product, shipping costs are not included (the delivery person already ran away with the money, damn they’re fast).

What if there is something wrong with your order? (Item that’s defective, missing, of the wrong kind, or arrived damaged.)

Absolutely no worries, we will make it right for no cost. Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the product, with a detailed description of the problem and quality photos of the issue at hand, and we will take it from there.

Can you cancel or change the order once it’s placed?

Once you hit confirm on your order, the ball begins to roll in our end, but it can be stopped if you contact us within 24 hours. After that, the order cannot be modified and will be delivered. In this case, you can proceed according to our return policy if our wonderful products don’t change your mind.

Where can you see the order confirmation?

It will be sent to the email address you provided during the order. There you can marvel at it all you want and store it in the “Good Choices” folder. If you don’t have one, we suggest you make one, as we all tend to be haunted only by the bad ones, and you should give yourself credit when credit is due.

Your order is a gift, and you don’t want pricing information on the packing slip

Rest assured, there is no mention of prices at all in the package. You can surprise your friends and family without a care.

Do you need to pay for customs and duties charges for your order?

At the moment, we only deliver in the EU, so we don’t have to trouble our brains with import legislation. Everything is handled at the checkout. Isn’t it nice when things are easy, and you know, sensible?

What if your discount code didn’t work?

Aww shucks. Check if the code is still valid (expiration date and one-time usage affect some codes). If that doesn’t solve the mystery, get in touch with us through our customer service email, and we’ll find out what went wrong.

Can you use more than one discount code on your order?

We have a policy of one discount code per order. We know it’s disappointing, but we like to keep things as simple as possible, so that we don’t accidentally turn our livelihood into a charity. We like helping people, but we have to eat too.

What information do we store about you?

Our producer, Printful, has to process your order information, and you can read more about it on their website’s Privacy Policy. We here at R3M store absolutely nothing about you, apart from the website that’s setting temporary technical website cookies to function properly, which our own Privacy Policy explains in more detail. Otherwise, we’re beautiful strangers in the night, exchanging wealth for style, and then we go on our merry way. And maybe, just maybe, we’ll meet again and share our joy once more.

Are the products safe?
